This policy explains how Adaptiv Data LLC (“we” or “us”) handles personal information in KeyField.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure KeyField, send account messages, respond to you, and comply with the law. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that help us run KeyField, such as hosting, database, email and mapping providers, only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Information in the leads

Lead information comes from public records, such as probate court filings and county property and tax records. If information about you appears in KeyField, you may contact privacy@adaptivdata.com to ask about it or to request a correction or removal. We may ask for details to find the record. Public records remain available from the offices that keep them.

Cookies and tracking

KeyField uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We don’t track users across other websites, so we don’t respond to Do Not Track signals.

Retention

We keep information while your account is open and as needed for security, legal and business purposes. Backup copies are deleted on a regular schedule.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting privacy@adaptivdata.com. You can update your password and two-step sign-in in Account settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

KeyField is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date. We will notify you before a material change takes effect.
